Position Control Study on Pump-Controlled Servomotor for Steam Control Valve

In steam turbine control and actuation, the valve plays a key role in operability reliability. The electrohydraulic regulating system for valve, usually called servomotor, needs to be reliable high performing under nonlinear excitation interference actual conditions. Currently, servo technology is widely used servomotors. Although this has good performance, it still some technical defects, such as poor antipollution ability, low energy efficiency, large volume size, limited installation space. Aiming at abovementioned shortcomings of technology, servomotor-pump-hydraulic cylinder scheme proposed paper, forming pump-controlled servomotor valve. By analyzing working principle position mathematical model established. sliding mode variable structure strategy proposed, law solved by constructing switching function. To verify performance method, experimental research was conducted. results show that effect, which lays theoretical foundation engineering application promotion servomotors valves helps upgrade product optimization turbines.
